Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Client - 12 hours notice of cancellation or postponement is required for all appointments. Notice of less than 12 hours will incur full payment of the full Session fee. Trainer - 24-hour notice of cancellation or postponement is required for all appointments. Notice of less than 24 hours will mean your next session is at no cost. Semi-Private Sessions - If the allotted number does not show up for the session, the price will revert to the next tier and the responsibility of those who have booked the Semi-Private sessions. If a pack had been purchased the difference will need to be paid. Classes - All class number are capped and bookings are essential to attend all classes. Booking can be made right up to the time of the class. Once numbers are reached, your name can be added to a waitlist. A minimum of 2 hours notice is required for cancellation if you can no longer attend the class once your spot is booked. ***Notice of fewer than 2 hours will incur full payment of $28 ( note: those on an unlimited pack will need to pay this amount to cover the same cost) Once purchased, your Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless an agreement has been reached between both parties. Direct Debit payments for any sessions must be adhered to and cannot be cancelled unless an agreement in writing has been made between you and the trainer not to continue
