Road to World Championships

Our Head Coach is off to the World Championships again 


Cindy has qualified for both Traditional and Marathon lifting. Australia has a very strict qualifying process, to qualify for one event is tough, but she has qualified for multiple events. 

In the first week of November, Cindy will be heading to Serbia for IUKL World Championships hoping to add to her World Championship success from last year.  This year she has worked super hard and qualified for more lifts.

Then, at the end of November, she will be heading to Poland for the IKMF World Championships, marathon lifting where she will be aiming to achieve her Master of Sport world-class ranking which can only be achieved at an international event. 

A huge achievement and one to be very proud of

Cindy is 46 years young and a great example that your strength & wellness journey doesn't stop once you reach 40.  It's her mission to get more people over 40 to move more, she is an inspiration and a leader.

Rella’s Strength & Wellness Hub is an inclusive community for people at all stages of their health and wellbeing journey.
Our team of experienced fitness coaches and health professionals work with individuals and create bespoke programs to help transform the whole mind and body and we have a lot of fun doing it.


Everything we do is based on two important principles;
1) Everyone has the chance to be the change they want to make in their own life, and
2) Every body has the chance to move no matter their age or ability.


Emotion and motion are connected, one of the most important movements to work on is your smile without this the rest is hard work. Exercise should be fun, and not intimidating. It’s why we don’t work out, we play out.
We put people before fitness by educating you on how to honour and respect your body to get the best out of it.

 

Rella’s Strength & Wellness Hub founder, Cindy Rella, is an experienced personal/wellness/lifestyle coach. Cindy is not only qualified but passionate about effective movement, whole body training, injury prevention, rehabilitation and pre-habilitation.
A three times world champion (Karate and Kettlebells x 2) and 3 times Australian representative in 3 difference sports (Karate, 70.3 Ironman and Kettlebells), Cindy understands implicitly what it takes to honour and respect your body to get the best out of it.
Having personally dealt with career-ending injuries, fear of swimming and depression, she has created Rella’s Strength & Wellness Hub to support people who want to move past their personal barriers to find their personal strength and improve their overall wellness.
