Our Amazing Coach 

Cindy is very passionate about effective movement, whole-body training, injury prevention, rehabilitation and pre-habilitation constantly studying to stay up to date with research. 

Cindy has been an athlete for 25 years, karate, boxing, Ironman and Kettlebell sport.

She understands implicitly what it takes to honour and respect your body to get the best out of it, represented Australia in 3 of those sports, winning 9 World Championships and 2 World Records

Having personally dealt with career-ending injuries, illnesses, fear of swimming, mental health struggles

Cindy has the empathy needed to support people who want to move past their barriers finding their brave to achieve overall wellness and quality.

Semi-Private Groups 

Our Semi-Private group sessions (capped at 6 participants) offer personalised attention, exercise correction and motivation from our coaches in a social, supportive environment. 

We design our groups so all fitness levels can train together, offering alternatives depending on your level, this will allow those that can't afford private sessions the luxury of personal attention and not being lost within a big group.
