Cindy is very passionate about effective movement, whole-body training, injury prevention, rehabilitation and pre-habilitation constantly studying to stay up to date with research. 

Self-awareness, self-leadership and ongoing personal and professional growth is part of my routine to become better than I was yesterday. 

Having personally dealt with career-ending injuries, illnesses, fear of swimming, mental health struggles

Cindy has the empathy needed to support people who want to move past their barriers finding their brave to achieve overall wellness and quality. 

Don't let her sporting prowess intimidate you. She knows how to get the best out of you without breaking you.

Cindy has been an athlete for 28 years, karate, boxing, Ironman and Kettlebell sport.

She understands implicitly what it takes to honour and respect your body to get the best out of it, represented Australia in 3 of those sports, winning 11 World Championships and 6 World Records
