They’re run in partnership with a sports association, bringing a bit more structure and team energy to the weekend.
It’s still the same Rella’s philosophy, purposeful movement, shared progress, and plenty of laughs, just with a social twist.

How our groups work
Once you join, we’ll complete a quick health screen to understand your movement, any limitations, and your goals. Then you choose the times that suit you and book your weekly sessions.
From there, you’ll settle into your rhythm and start moving with confidence, building strength, mobility, and momentum one session at a time.
Weekdays - Max of 6 participants
Weekends - Max of 12 participants

Recovery is your secret weapon. Through active recovery techniques, we help your body repair, recharge, and rebuild, so you're ready to thrive in your next session.

The heart doesn't lie, so we like to monitor recovery and intensity during group sessions to aid in your overall health. We have chosen a platform that utilises many HR monitors to save you money.
