Rella's Studio is my happy place! When I first walked in three years ago, I felt a mix of nerves and excitement, but I was instantly welcomed and truly listened to. At the time, I was struggling with unhealthy patterns following the COVID lockdowns.

 

Getting into group sessions was the key for me! What I love most are the small group sizes and the range of high-quality equipment to use. You won’t see classes labelled 'HIIT', 'Pump', or 'Step' at Rella’s because every session is designed specifically for the group with function in mind. Rella adjusts the movements to suit each person’s needs, ensuring everyone feels supported and challenged in the right ways. I love the variety of sessions offered, which keeps things fresh, whether it’s through strength training, aerobic/cardio, mobility, flexibility or balance. 

 

The energy in the Studio with fellow participants (including my teenage daughter!) is always uplifting; there’s something amazingly motivating about moving with others who share similar goals. Rella's unique blend of expertise, professionalism, kindness, fun and encouragement makes every session purposeful and empowering. 

 

I  feel healthier, stronger, and clearer in my mind. I have more energy for my family, friends, and work, and overall, my quality of life has improved. The combination of movement and uplifting group dynamics makes it easy to stay committed, and every visit is a highlight in my week.
