This Movement Reset Program begins with a 6-week reset, with the option to extend to 12 weeks if your body needs more time, support, or confidence-building. Bodies change at different speeds. Many people notice meaningful shifts in the first 6 weeks, while others benefit from a longer runway to rebuild trust, strength, and consistency. Because the program is integrated into our current semi-private sessions, you will still feel part of the group while receiving support at your own pace.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR? This program is for people who want to feel confident and capable in their body again. It’s especially suited to those returning to movement after injury, stress, life changes, or long periods of inconsistency. You don’t need to be “fit” to begin, just open to starting where you are.

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE WITH STRENGTH TRAINING No. All sessions are fully coached and adaptable. Movements are scaled to suit your body, your experience, and how you’re feeling on the day.

IS THIS A HIGH INTENSITY PROGRAM? No. This isn’t about pushing harder or training to exhaustion. The focus is on simple, purposeful movement that builds strength, confidence, and trust over time.

WHAT IF I'M NOT SURE THIS IS RIGHT FOR ME? That’s exactly why we start with a conversation. You don’t need to know the right option yet. We’ll talk through where you are, what your body needs, and the best way to begin.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN EACH SESSION? Sessions are capped at six participants to ensure personalised coaching, support, and a calm training environment.
